The Jobs Act on self-employment (law 81/2017) reported in particular the "measures for the protection of non-entrepreneurial self-employment C Level Executive List and measures aimed at encouraging flexible articulation in the times and places of subordinate work". Furthermore, on 10 May 2017, the Senate of the Republic definitively approved C Level Executive List the text of the AC bill. No. 2233B which governed Smart Working, defined as “flexible C Level Executive List articulation in the times and places of subordinate work”. With the 2019 Budget Law, n. 145 of 30 December 2018 , article 18 of the Jobs Act was amended.
Inserting paragraph 3-bis according to which C Level Executive List the employer who entered into agreements for the execution of work in an agile mode, had to give priority to requests for Smart Working formulated by workers in the three years C Level Executive List following the end of the compulsory maternity leave period and those of workers with disabled children. The rules change with the arrival of the Coronavirus: the decrees on Smart Working The implementing decree of 23 February 2020 n. 6 provided for "the suspension of work C Level Executive List activities for companies with the exception of those that can be carried out in the home or remote mode.
As stated in the text published in the Official C Level Executive List Gazette, the decision was taken by the Prime Minister "considering the extraordinary need and urgency to issue provisions to combat the epidemiological emergency from C Level Executive List Covid-19, adopting measures to contrast and contain the spread of the aforementioned virus". Also in the PA , the Government issued a decree law ( n.6 of 23 February 2020 ) which encouraged and facilitated access to Smart Working and to follow, with the Cura-Italia Decree , agile work has C Level Executive List become the rule in the PA for the duration of the emergency.
